Dandelion Root
A highly nutritious and medicinal plant that’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and antimicrobial properties that support liver function.Place 1 teaspoon of herbs in a glass jar or whatever you desire to put it in (please avoid plastic).
* Add 8 oz. of boiling water over the herbs.
* Steep for ten minutes and strain.
Do not drink hot or cold tea. For best results, drink at room temperature.
Teas can be mixed together as follows:
* Combine 2-3 teas and drink two times a day.
* Prepare 1 tea and drink three times a day.
Store your jars of tea in a dry, dark place, such as pantries and cabinets.
Please make sure your top is screwed on tight after each use, as bugs are attracted to the herbs, especially in an organic state.
Once tea is prepared, and if any is left over, please refrigerate for no longer than 2 days.
